Smallmouth bass river fishing throughout the year provides several unique patterns that we target. Early season (mid May - early June) produces the heaviest fish of the year, with chances at 6lb fish and plenty of sight-fishing opportunities available. Summer (mid June - September) is the most productive time of year for numbers of fish, with lots of topwater action and sight-fishing as well.
